Tim Jenkins, PVA
A certified residential appraiser since 1993, Tim was first elected to serve as PVA in 2006 and reelected in 2010 and 2014. With his emphasis on training, technology and task management he has continued to improve efficiency and service. He is the primary assessor for all residential property in Scott County. Tim earned his certified Kentucky Assessor Designation (CKA) in 2009 and the senior Kentucky Assessor designation (SKA) in 2013. He is a 1983 graduate of Georgetown College (BA Economics). Having worked in real estate sales for several years John joined us in March of 2013 and has served as chief deputy since January of 2016. He assists the PVA with general operation of the office, coordinates the commercial assessment and assists with farm and residential assessments.
